What you will do

• Build and extend microservices in ASP.NET Core that power the marketing analytics engine.
• Design and evolve MS SQL schemas, T-SQL, and indexes to support attribution reports and analytical workloads.
• Drive performance optimization across the stack, including async paths, ORM tuning, and query plan stability.
• Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to maintain clean, scalable service architecture.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) to improve delivery quality and speed.
• Partner with product and AI engineering on data models and service boundaries.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL and C# development.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
• Strong knowledge and application of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Native-level Russian and Intermediate+ English language skills.
• Must live and work in an Americas (US) timezone with reliable overlap on US business hours.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with MS SQL performance tuning (columnstore, partitioning, indexing strategy).
• Production experience with RabbitMQ, Docker, Grafana, Prometheus, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Blazor.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts.
