What you will do

• Design and develop robotics solutions for mobile robots, drones, and autonomous systems.
• Build rapid prototypes and evolve them into production-ready solutions.
• Develop and maintain perception, planning, and control components for complex robotics systems.
• Test robotics solutions using simulation tools (Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Bullet, CARLA) and in real-world environments.
• Integrate robotic systems with cloud services for scalability and enhanced functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture and HW/SW integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C/C++ and Python.
• MSc in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2 and RViz.
• Practical experience with mobile robots, drones, AMRs, AGVs, AVs, or automotive systems.
• Strong knowledge of perception, trajectory planning, kinematics, and obstacle avoidance.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CUDA or hardware acceleration techniques.
• Experience in technical presentations, workshops, or client-facing activities.
• Proficiency in communication with senior stakeholders, including C-level.
