What you will do
- Coach and support Customer Relations Agents to deliver outstanding service.
- Create trusted customer relationships and act as the voice of the customer across the business.
- Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and oversee smooth day-to-day operations.
- Improve workflows and collaboration with internal teams to increase efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrable leadership experience with full ownership of a Customer Relations function.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to mentor, coach, and develop employees.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
- Experience in Finance or Technology is desirable.
