What you will do
- Manage and develop relationships with an active client base.
- Identify client needs and assist with platform exploration.
- Consult clients on payments for additional products.
- Handle challenging situations, identify reasons for cancellations, and work on client retention.
- Maintain documentation and reports in the CRM system.
- Negotiate and conclude service agreements.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or client relations.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Must be able to work onsite in Budapest.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription-based services, advertising, or digital products.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
