What you will do

• Manage end-to-end jobbing operations, acting as the primary focal point for external jobbers and internal departments.
• Schedule production campaigns, determine ETDs, and coordinate the supply of raw materials, packaging, and labels.
• Track production progress, resolve operational constraints, and issue subcontracting POs.
• Manage inventories at jobber facilities and support necessary logistics documentation.
• Oversee financial aspects including approving jobber invoices and resolving payment issues.
• Monitor and drive improvements in jobber performance and handle customer complaints.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or planning within a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end operational processes and leading cross-functional projects with third-party manufacturers.
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
