What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of international shipments, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations, incoterms, and dangerous goods requirements.
• Analyze large volumes of shipping data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through data insights, negotiation support, and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, IT, Labs, and Purchasing.
• Manage Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, monitoring performance and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in freight forwarding and international shipping.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant Supply Chain certifications.
• Strong knowledge of shipping carriers, incoterms, and dangerous goods handling.
• Proven experience managing high shipment volumes in a global tech company environment.
• High analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive business decisions.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce.

• Experience with AI tools and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
