What you will do
- Design and improve automated identity lifecycle processes for joiners, movers, and leavers.
- Implement and maintain RBAC and entitlement models ensuring least-privilege and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Configure and support authentication technologies including SSO, federation, MFA, and conditional access.
- Operate Privileged Access Management (PAM) tooling, including role configuration, auditing, and monitoring.
- Provide operational support for IDAM services and develop automation scripts to improve reliability.
Requirements
- Practical experience in an IDAM or access management role.
- Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management and SSO/SaaS integrations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access-related issues.
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or Information Security.
- Proficiency with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.
Nice to have
- Certifications in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, or CyberArk.
- Experience working in regulated or security-focused IT environments.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management knowledge.
