What you will do

• Design and improve automated identity lifecycle processes for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Implement and maintain RBAC and entitlement models ensuring least-privilege and segregation-of-duties controls.
• Configure and support authentication technologies including SSO, federation, MFA, and conditional access.
• Operate Privileged Access Management (PAM) tooling, including role configuration, auditing, and monitoring.
• Provide operational support for IDAM services and develop automation scripts to improve reliability.

Requirements

• Practical experience in an IDAM or access management role.
• Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management and SSO/SaaS integrations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access-related issues.
• Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or Information Security.
• Proficiency with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, or CyberArk.
• Experience working in regulated or security-focused IT environments.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management knowledge.
