TL;DR

Software Engineer Fullstack (React & TypeScript): Building and optimizing hirify.global’s flagship products, Workspace and Dashboard, with an accent on performance and user experience. Focus on designing resilient frontend services, integrating real-time streams, and enabling feature teams to ship value autonomously.

Location: Hybrid, Paris Office

What you will do

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement pragmatic end-to-end solutions for real-world problems.
  • Design and execute technical solutions for the hirify.global Workspace and hirify.global Dashboard.
  • Develop robust, maintainable code using React and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience.
  • Mentor team members and promote technical growth within the engineering organization.
  • Analyze business needs to provide relevant technical solutions for users and clients.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and architectures to apply them effectively to the product.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office (Hybrid).
  • Experience with TypeScript and WebSockets is highly valued.
  • Strong sensibility for UI/UX and a business-centric approach to feature development.
  • Ability to deliver features autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vite and the TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query).
  • Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and Apollo Client.
  • Experience working within a Turborepo monorepo.
  • Knowledge of Vitest and React Testing Library.
