We are currently looking for a CRM Senior / CRM Manager to join a fast-growing iGaming team and take full ownership of player monetization and retention across Tier 1–3 markets.
This role is ideal for a hands-on and analytical CRM professional with deep understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and personalization strategies in gambling / betting products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Build and improve player segmentation strategies
• Work on bonus personalization and communication performance
• Monitor deliverability and optimize CRM efficiency
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, VIP, and Support teams
• Increase In/Out and LTV through communication and retention strategies
KEY METRICS:
• In / Out
• GGR / InOut
• DAU / MAU
• Retention rate
• Reactivation rate
• Bonus cost %
ABOUT YOU:
• Proven CRM experience in iGaming / betting / gambling
• Strong understanding of retention mechanics and player lifecycle
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and bonus strategies
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Understanding of iGaming KPIs and player behavior
• Experience working with multi-channel CRM systems and deliverability
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
