What you will do

• Define and own the company-wide customer success strategy and vision.
• Lead and mentor a global team of customer success and support leaders.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
• Optimize systems, processes, and technology stacks for scalable global operations.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards like KYC and AML.
• Establish and refine QA programs to monitor and elevate organizational performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary, client-facing organizations in global financial services or technology.
• Proven track record in managing P&L or significant revenue-influencing targets.
• Deep expertise in building scalable, post-sale customer journeys for retail and institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global banking regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
• Exceptional executive leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
