What you will do

• Coordinate a network of freelance writers, proofreaders, and editors across multiple GEOs, managing assignments and deadlines.
• Maintain operational workflows in Asana, ensuring all task statuses and briefs are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and tailor briefs for specific markets.
• Perform final editorial reviews to ensure factual accuracy, readability, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage the handoff of approved content to the Content Editor for timely publishing according to the editorial calendar.
• Onboard new freelancers and process their invoices for submission to finance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content management or editorial coordination.
• Experience managing remote freelance contributors and operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and various CMS platforms.
• Fluent English proficiency.
