What you will do

• Architect and develop Java-based backend services and RESTful APIs for iGaming clients.
• Implement secure transactional flows including wager placement, wallet interactions, and promotional features.
• Integrate game clients with the Remote Game Server (RGS) and platform services (PAM).
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of backend systems for real-money gameplay.
• Collaborate with client engineers, math/design, and compliance teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD optimization, and monitoring implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend/server engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (or similar frameworks).
• Experience with AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and caching solutions.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in iGaming or working with RGS.
• Experience supporting real-time transactional or gaming systems.
