What you will do

• Manage the full order lifecycle, including validating technical specs, processing change orders, and handling disconnections.
• Provision high-end telecom services by placing orders via multiple carrier systems.
• Coordinate new service delivery and activation with carriers and project coordinators to ensure successful turn-up.
• Track delivery milestone dates and resolve complex order issues in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct weekly conference calls with carriers to obtain DLR and FOC for pending orders.
• Handle escalations with carrier project managers for construction jobs to ensure on-time circuit delivery.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of telecommunications services and concepts (POTS, T1, PRI, VoIP, SIP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and document scanning software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with peers and management.
• Effective organizational and research skills for documentation and reporting.
• Must be based in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.
