What you will do

• Process installation, disconnection, and change requests for various telecom services within defined intervals.
• Manage order workflows across multiple external carrier portals and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate order logs and provide timely status updates to customers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to resolve provisioning issues.
• Handle diverse service types including LNP, new DIDs, virtual fax, and toll-free numbers.
• Execute special projects and departmental tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an office or call center environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple demands with high attention to detail.
• Self-starter capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
• Telecom industry background is considered a plus.
