What you will do

• Architect, implement, and maintain cloud cybersecurity toolsets to improve overall security posture.
• Act as a key liaison between development, security teams, business groups, and regulators.
• Design, configure, and deploy security technologies including NGFW, WAF, SIEM, and EDR.
• Perform cloud hardening and periodic security assessments of cloud assets to reduce vulnerabilities.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Manage IAM policies, VPCs, and apply microsegmentation across cloud workloads.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cloud security.
• 7+ years of cumulative experience in networking, systems administration, or security.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Powershell, Bash, and API integration.
• Deep understanding of AWS security tools (CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Config, Inspector, IAM, KMS).
• Must be based in Dallas, TX and adhere to regular office attendance.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• AWS and ISC2 CCSP security certifications.
