What you will do

• Monitor system status, performance metrics, and capacity to ensure high availability.
• Manage cloud storage volumes and resources effectively.
• Handle escalations from 2nd line support requiring deep technical platform knowledge.
• Maintain system patches, updates, and accurate records of assets and licenses.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure service levels and commitments are met.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine operational tasks.

Requirements

• Working experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with SQL Server, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD systems and networking protocols.
• Ability to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
