What you will do

• Develop and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs to support the platform.
• Lead the decommissioning and migration of legacy PHP systems.
• Collaborate with integration teams and external providers for seamless service connectivity.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through refactoring and caching.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to maintain high coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Java and the Spring technology stack.
• Prior experience in iGaming, specifically building slot game backends.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and caching systems.
• Experience with Kafka and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in developing using CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
