What you will do

• Partner with business verticals to identify modernisation opportunities aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Lead pre-sales activities, generate leads, and create proposals to shape client engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives to help them achieve business goals and redefine their industry.
• Develop industry-leading IP and best practices specifically for modernising legacy retail banking systems.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to support delivery teams in executing engagements and delivering impact.
• Create points of view and solutioning content to scale modernisation efforts across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience executing large-scale modernisation and migration within large organisations.
• Strong technical background in multiple programming paradigms.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Kafka, Istio, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of evolutionary architectures and principles such as MACH and LIFESPAR.
• Expertise in building cloud-native architectures using microservices, serverless, and API technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, Continuous Delivery, SRE practices, and DevOps philosophy.
