What you will do

• Coordinate and arrange interviews across various global time zones.
• Support intern hiring activities and maintain a streamlined interview flow.
• Manage onboarding data and handle documentation processes.
• Provide rotational weekend standby support to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
