What you will do

• Lead clinical strategy and market expansion in Japan, adapting global models to local regulations and patient expectations.
• Build and scale a high-quality prescriber network, including the design of screening, assessment, and onboarding processes.
• Monitor clinical performance through audits and data analysis to implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary clinical subject matter expert for Japan, collaborating with product, pharmacy, and support teams.
• Establish and maintain clinical governance frameworks and protocols aligned with Japanese healthcare regulations.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, clinical associations, and other healthcare stakeholders in Japan.

Requirements

• Licensed healthcare professional in Japan (e.g., physician, pharmacist, or allied health professional).
• Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare system, regulations, and prescribing practices.
• Experience in clinical operations, digital health, or healthcare strategy.
