Senior Network Engineer (Juniper)

Senior Network Engineer (Juniper): Providing post-sales on-site technical support and operational management for Juniper Networks products within customer environments with an accent on routing, switching, and security. Focus on resolving complex network incidents, designing support solutions, and maintaining high-level technical expertise for strategic accounts.

Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey (Hybrid: onsite with the customer at least 2 days per week)

What you will do

• Provide post-sales on-site technical support for Juniper Networks products.
• Resolve technical and business incidents independently and mentor junior team members on complex issues.
• Design and deliver support solutions based on industry trends and specific customer needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customer and sales teams to grow strategic account relationships.
• Create and execute Value Based Delivery (VBD) account plans.
• Lead customer expectation management as part of the escalation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field.
• 6-8 years of professional working experience in network engineering.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and JunOS.
• Detailed technical experience in the installation and operation of IP Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
• Based in Istanbul, Turkey to meet onsite requirements.

Nice to have

• Juniper Certification Professional level (JNCIP) or higher.
• Mission Critical and ITIL certifications.
