What you will do

• Perform dimensional inspections on raw materials and incoming components.
• Conduct testing on prototype and production products using automated tension, compression, and flow measurement systems.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory apparatus and test methods.
• Document all work accurately in laboratory notebooks and on required forms per SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve existing testing methodologies and lab efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO, and FDA regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in Irvine, CA
• 4+ years of relevant QC inspection experience, preferably in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Knowledge of QSRs and cGMP.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical device consumer products.
• Post-high school technical training.
