Location: Hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia. Must be available onsite from 8am to 5pm local time.

What you will do

• Support monthly Zuora Bill Runs, including usage file uploads, CPI rate updates, and execution.
• Execute and support monthly revenue recognition functions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and operational processes for Zuora configuration changes.
• Create and maintain billing and revenue reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and platform hygiene through validation and troubleshooting within Zuora.
• Provide day-to-day user support for the Zuora Billing platform and track requests from business partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Lifecycle Management from an operational and technical standpoint.
• Ability to configure billing systems (Products, Rate Plans, Charges) and Revenue Accounts, specifically using Zuora or similar platforms.
• Experience with Zuora DataLoader and Deployment Manager tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot unexpected results during Bill Runs and Revenue Recognition.
• Must be based in Serbia and available for onsite work in Belgrade.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Zuora Certifications.
