What you will do

• Provide day-to-day user support for NetSuite and Concur, serving as the primary point of contact for issues.
• Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations and enhancements.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure platform hygiene, data consistency, and usability through validation and troubleshooting.
• Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, requirements, and system changes.

Requirements

• Must be available onsite in Belgrade, Serbia, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Minimum five years of experience as an ERP Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience building Saved Searches, custom workflows, and modifying forms.
• Experience deploying and supporting NetSuite integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• SAP Concur experience.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification.
• SuiteScript knowledge.
