What you will do

• Execute engineering tasks across development, configuration, testing, and deployment for client implementation projects.
• Develop and support applications, APIs, integrations, and data solutions required for client delivery.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and client teams to deliver high-quality enterprise technical solutions.
• Support defect resolution and technical validation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate insurance platforms with enterprise systems, internal tools, and third-party applications.
• Apply AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, and JavaScript/Angular.
• Experience with Azure or similar modern cloud platforms.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and familiarity with Agile delivery processes.
• Must be based in Honduras (Hybrid work model).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience within P&C insurance, policy administration, billing, or claims.
• Exposure to Duck Creek or similar insurance core systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development or agentic coding tools.
• Experience working in client delivery or consulting environments.
