What you will do

• Build and maintain Kubernetes-based development and deployment platforms.
• Establish infrastructure and guardrails for AI-assisted development and agentic workflows.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and secure software delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tooling using Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible.
• Develop observability, monitoring, and operational controls for distributed systems.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to operationalize scalable AI workloads.

Requirements

• Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container-based platforms.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and Linux scripting.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible) and cloud providers (Azure and/or AWS).
• Experience with secure software delivery and deployment governance.
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work onsite in Copenhagen.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tooling and autonomous pipeline automation.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience with Keycloak, Vault, or secrets management.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code and runtime governance.
• Experience with European cloud providers or hybrid/private cloud environments.
