hirify.global is an independent game development studio based in Belgrade, Serbia, known for creating Scorn and contributing to titles like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 as part of the Kepler Interactive collective.

What you will do

  • Develop gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5 using C++ and Blueprints.
  • Work within an existing multiplayer-focused codebase.
  • Implement features and tasks defined by the external partner studio.
  • Collaborate with designers, programmers, and producers across teams.
  • Debug, maintain, and improve gameplay functionality.
  • Follow established pipelines, coding standards, and production workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional gameplay programming experience.
  • Strong Unreal Engine 5 experience.
  • Solid C++ skills and practical Blueprint usage.
  • Understanding of gameplay architecture in Unreal Engine.
  • Experience reading and working within existing codebases.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Multiplayer/networking experience in Unreal Engine (replication, RPCs, GameMode, GameState, PlayerState).
  • Experience shipping or contributing to released games.
  • Experience joining projects mid-development.
