What you will do

• Own the post-sales technical relationship with key accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and long-term integration health.
• Deliver product demos and tailor integration plans to meet specific client workflows and business objectives.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, surfacing feedback to internal product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on strategic objectives and project delivery.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform regional sales strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai, UAE
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, technology-focused role.
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, system infrastructures, and architecture.
• Proven ability to tie technical solutions to business KPIs and revenue outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience influencing technical decision-makers and building relationships at the C-suite level.

• Existing network of property developers and real estate players in the UAE.
• Previous experience in the fintech or proptech sectors.
• Background knowledge of International Real Estate.
