What you will do

• Ensure site content, promotions, and betting odds are presented and merchandised accurately.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Trading, and Marketing teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
• Run processes for quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking.
• Master internal marketing and bonus tools to optimize operational execution.
• Support the Sportsbook and iGaming Promotions teams in triaging second-line customer inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in online gaming or a relevant B2C environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license through applicable regulatory agencies.
• Strong analytical attitude and detail-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and master new digital marketing operation tools.
