Bank Data Security Specialist (Finance): Managing and validating sensitive vendor and intercompany banking information within Master Data systems with an accent on compliance, data accuracy, and security standards. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Ensure sensitive vendor and intercompany data aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Validate vendor bank data using certification tools in accordance with agreed SLAs.
• Maintain bank master data, ensuring completeness and high-quality standards.
• Resolve data discrepancies through investigations with internal teams and requestors.
• Support the Bank Data Security function through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Treasury, P2P teams, and external partners to uphold security standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or Master Data.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO/MM/AA).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a complex environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Master Data workflow tools like Orsoft or ServiceNow.
• Skills in Power BI or VBA.
