What you will do

• Develop and extend a production platform using Next.js, Go, and Supabase.
• Integrate and manage AI workflows using LLMs and document intelligence for structured data extraction.
• Build high-scale async processing pipelines featuring signed delivery, auto-retry, and idempotency.
• Design and implement go-to-market funnel infrastructure for outbound prospecting and lead enrichment.
• Collaborate with leadership on technical direction, architecture, and the establishment of engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with a track record of delivering production systems.
• Experience building end-to-end AI-integrated systems, including orchestration and output quality management.
• Proficiency in Go or Python for backend development and React with TypeScript for frontend.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, async job queues, and cloud infrastructure (Fly.io, Vercel).
• Ability to scope and ship features under uncertainty and communicate technical decisions to non-technical founders.

Nice to have

• Experience building sales funnel tooling, outbound automation, or data enrichment pipelines.
• Familiarity with document parsing and financial data normalization.
• Background in financial services, professional services, or tools for small businesses.
