What you will do

  • Build brand experiences across all digital channels, including web, mobile, landing pages, and social media.
  • Ensure branding consistency in voice, tone, and personality across multiple brands and markets.
  • Own the creative development process for all digital materials.
  • Analyze customer behaviors to research and create improved design mockups.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Design or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, or equivalent) and prompt engineering.
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX), typography, color theory, and grid systems.
  • Extensive portfolio demonstrating creative flair and passion for design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adhere to strict deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in After Effects.
