What you will do

• Design and improve analytical frameworks to evaluate game performance, market trends, and portfolio composition.
• Translate complex data sets and research findings into clear recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth research on existing and emerging markets, player preferences, and regulatory contexts.
• Evaluate the current games portfolio against market benchmarks to identify gaps and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to define and improve reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Lead research for prospective new markets and present evidence-based portfolio recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, or strategy, ideally within iGaming or digital media.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build structured, repeatable methodologies.
• Experience working with BI tools and translating analytical needs into meaningful reports.
• Clear and concise communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in Vienna, Austria (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of iGaming markets, player behavior, and content performance metrics.
• Familiarity with slot game mechanics, monetization models, and the supplier landscape.
