What you will do

• Own and scale IT infrastructure across offices and distributed teams.
• Manage employee devices, SaaS platforms, endpoint security, and office networks.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset management and access provisioning.
• Administer business-critical tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and MDM platforms.
• Strengthen security posture through Zero Trust principles, MFA, and device compliance.
• Partner with Security, DevOps, and People teams to improve IT governance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, corporate IT, or workplace technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and SaaS administration.
• Proven experience with MDM, endpoint security, IAM, and MFA.
• Solid networking knowledge including VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Experience managing IT vendors, procurement, and device lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
