What you will do

• Lead systems engineering across the full turbofan propulsion lifecycle, from concept development to service entry.
• Establish and maintain the Systems Engineering framework, including SEMP, requirements management, and V&V plans.
• Drive system architecture definition, functional decomposition, and interface management across subsystems.
• Lead engine-to-aircraft integration in coordination with airframe and control system teams.
• Oversee System Safety and RMST activities with safety and reliability engineering teams.
• Manage technical baselines, configuration control, and engineering change management through PDR and CDR reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• 18-28 years of experience in systems engineering within turbofan propulsion or aerospace.
• Strong expertise in systems integration, requirements management, and certification processes.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and PLM environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with external certification authorities.
• Familiarity with civil or military certification frameworks such as EASA, FAA, or EMAR.
