What you will do

• Manage and configure macOS and Windows MDM platforms to ensure secure device deployment.
• Maintain device compliance baselines including disk encryption, OS patching, and password policies.
• Operate and tune EDR platforms, including alert triage and exclusion management.
• Partner with IT teams to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and zero-touch provisioning.
• Support compliance and audit efforts by producing device-posture reports.
• Provide SOC-style support during high-volume periods through alert investigation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT, IT Security, or sysadmin roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one MDM platform for macOS or Windows.
• Proficiency in macOS and Windows administration.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Understanding of endpoint security fundamentals like EDR, disk encryption, and OS hardening.
• Ability to work directly with IT, HR, and end users.

Nice to have

• Exposure to enterprise EDR platforms.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CIS Benchmarks.
