What you will do

• Build and manage advanced, node-based generative AI workflows for production-ready visuals.
• Automate manual design tasks using Python scripts for batch image processing and asset organization.
• Act as a technical translator between designers, engineering teams, and leadership.
• Test and implement new AI models to create reliable tools for the design team.
• Define best practices, documentation, and technical guardrails for AI-driven design processes.
• Focus on product onboarding and enrichment to improve visual quality at scale.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience designing and debugging complex, high-volume AI workflows.
• Background in graphic design and 3D with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and realism.
• Proven experience building internal tools or automations using Python.
• Production mindset with a focus on documentation, reproducibility, and end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to work and lead initiatives independently.
• English proficiency required for all communication and documentation.
