What you will do
- Design and implement automation solutions using no-code, low-code, and scripting tools.
- Develop system integrations using APIs, structured data flows, and authentication mechanisms.
- Extend automation capabilities using Python or JavaScript to meet specific technical needs.
- Prototype and test AI-enabled workflows before scaling them across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust technical architectures.
- Monitor and optimize automation performance to ensure reliability and security standards.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Proficiency in basic programming or scripting, specifically Python or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON structures, and cloud-based AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS).
- Ability to analyze end-to-end business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
- Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Riga, Latvia.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, corporate banking, private equity, or venture capital.
- Background working in highly regulated or data-sensitive environments.
- Experience with LLM integrations or emerging AI automation frameworks.
- University degree in a relevant technical field.
