What you will do

• Design and implement automation solutions using no-code, low-code, and scripting tools.
• Develop system integrations using APIs, structured data flows, and authentication mechanisms.
• Extend automation capabilities using Python or JavaScript to meet specific technical needs.
• Prototype and test AI-enabled workflows before scaling them across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust technical architectures.
• Monitor and optimize automation performance to ensure reliability and security standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Proficiency in basic programming or scripting, specifically Python or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON structures, and cloud-based AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS).
• Ability to analyze end-to-end business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Riga, Latvia.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, corporate banking, private equity, or venture capital.
• Background working in highly regulated or data-sensitive environments.
• Experience with LLM integrations or emerging AI automation frameworks.
• University degree in a relevant technical field.
