What you will do

• Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, growth, and renewals.
• Manage a book of business of approximately £1M ARR across 50 accounts.
• Drive value through feature adoption and expansion into new markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to champion customer feedback.
• Work with Sales Engineers to ensure optimized technical solutions for clients.
• Communicate performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in SaaS, AI/ML, or API-based technology.
• Commercially driven mindset with experience in contract negotiation and renewals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate technical conversations.
• Organized and analytical approach to data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.

• Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish.
