What you will do

  • Lead every aspect of the legal due diligence process for venture-led investments, analyzing legal risks and providing recommendations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated venture capital financing documents, including investment and merger agreements.
  • Oversee corporate governance and legal affairs for various international entities, coordinating with external counsel.
  • Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, partnership deals, and NDAs.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio data and legal documentation through consistent contact with portfolio companies.
  • Support the fundraising process for international venture capital funds and lead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience at a top law firm, preferably within emerging companies and venture capital practice.
  • Law degree; additional degrees in Economics or Finance are highly valued.
  • English: C1+ proficiency (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements related to venture capital.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions and strong quantitative ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
