What you will do

• Support Risk Type Owners in implementing regulatory developments and industry best practices into internal policies and controls.
• Lead and participate in initiatives to maintain the Compliance Risk Management Framework, including global process harmonization.
• Assist in planning and monitoring roadmap initiatives, including budget tracking and alignment with business goals.
• Create professional presentation materials to convey project statuses and business implications to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all three lines of defense and international group affiliates.

Requirements

• University degree in banking, finance, business administration, law, or data science.
• Minimum 5 years of banking industry experience with a focus on conceptual work.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Zurich.
