Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in human resources.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to pivot between strategic thinking and hands-on operational tasks.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Professional maturity with a balanced and composed approach to interactions.
- Capacity to develop and articulate data-driven points of view.
