What you will do
- Lead and support laundry innovation projects aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for products across global client portfolios.
- Manage and coordinate laboratory technicians to ensure high-quality execution of research activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Science & Research, Marketing, and Sales.
- Engage in hands-on technical collaboration directly with clients for product development.
- Support intellectual property processes and documentation.
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Substantial professional experience in analytical chemistry or formulation development.
- Strong knowledge of GC-MS and LC-MS techniques or expertise in rheology.
- In-depth understanding of surfactant-based formulations, ideally in laundry products.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and initiative.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French.
- Experience with data management tools or methodologies.
