What you will do

• Manage full compliance with Serbian Labor Law, Health & Safety regulations, and GDPR.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Coordinate international mobility, visa processes, and work authorizations for employees in Serbia.
• Act as an HR Business Partner to provide professional coaching on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Design and implement L&D programs, including language classes and manager training initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to transform data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience as a Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager, preferably in the tech sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Serbian Labor Law and immigration processes.
• Bilingual fluency in Serbian and fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Ability to work on-site in the Belgrade office.
• Experience working within a multi-national company (MNC) across different cultures and time zones.
• Proficiency in HR data analytics and the use of generative AI tools for automation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Russian language.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
