What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers, illustrators, and motion specialists.
• Set and maintain high visual and conceptual standards across all brand touchpoints.
• Optimize design workflows, resource allocation, and quality control systems.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and automation into the creative production process.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Contribute to the long-term evolution of the corporate brand and creative capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative production.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
