TL;DR

Senior Program Manager, NextGen Academy: Oversee delivery of global training programs in software development, programming, best practices, AI, and emerging technologies with an accent on strategic alignment, quality improvement, and scalability. Focus on collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating mentorship, managing operations across multiple sites, and fostering external partnerships.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Choose your own hybrid/remote work model. Ability and interest in travel to hirify.global offices around the world, as required. Ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Salary: €36,000 - €61,200 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania.

What you will do

  • Oversee comprehensive training programs and execute strategic vision aligned with company goals.
  • Assess and improve training quality, create content with subject matter experts, and facilitate mentorship.
  • Collaborate with People Team, Engineering, Leadership, and external partners to address skill gaps and promote the academy.
  • Manage operations, resources, and scalable processes for multiple global academy sites.
  • Establish feedback loops, represent the company at events, and contribute to talent development programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in onboarding, technical training, talent development, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, project management skills; experience with budgets and cohort-based learning.
  • Collaborative spirit, strategic thinking, business acumen, proactive approach in global fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones; interest in travel to offices worldwide.

  • Experience with Workday, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.
