Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary: 245,000 – 275,000 PLN per annum

What you will do
- Design and implement large-scale web and mobile architectures.
- Develop integrations with local payment systems and identity verification services.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Optimize page speed, core web vitals, and performance metrics across platforms.
- Build and evolve systems to prevent fraud and ensure safe money transfers.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain system reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Golang.
- Good understanding of web frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Proven experience navigating the SDLC across multiple services.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Krakow, Poland.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new domain challenges.
Nice to have
- Commercial experience with React Native and native app development.
- Experience working in a corporate web and mobile environment with high-scale systems.
- Experience with modern JavaScript bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, or Esbuild.
- Experience working closely with product teams.
