Location: Hybrid (up to 80% remote, 20% office time required for collaboration)

What you will do

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Safety domain, aligning with business, customer protection, and regulatory goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering high performance, career growth, and agile practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritize backlogs, partner with Engineering/Design, and track KPIs for performance and outcomes.
  • Act as primary representative for Customer Safety, communicating priorities to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and balance customer needs, compliance, feasibility, and commercial factors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex, high-impact digital products.
  • 2+ years leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers/Product Owners.
  • Strong agile product development, discovery, prioritization, and backlog management skills.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership in regulated environments with analytical, data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic/hands-on execution abilities.
  • Experience in gaming, fintech, or similar regulated industries highly desirable; customer protection/responsible gaming a strong plus.
