What you will do

• Collaborate with business leaders to create engaging messages and drive stakeholder trust through effective leadership communication.
• Promote hirify.global’s technology and people stories on social media to strengthen employee belonging and brand experience.
• Develop and implement annual internal communications strategies and organize leadership engagement and all-employee meetings.
• Produce and edit internal news, announcements, and lead video projects from storyboarding through to final editing.
• Optimize a portfolio of internal communication channels including hirify.global TV, Intranet, Corporate Email, and SharePoint.
• Provide communication support for change management and customize global initiatives for local sites in Korea.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
• 11–15 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, journalism, or within a PR agency.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean is essential.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Proven ability to create adaptive communication plans and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel management (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
