Legal Counsel (Healthcare)

VACANCY: Legal Counsel (Юрисконсульт) (CEO-1 level), Moscow

 Responsibilities:
 ·       Corporate work (charters, resolutions, boards of directors, etc.).
·        Contract work (review, negotiation, development of standard templates: supply, services, contracting, and others).
·        Litigation and claims work (representing both plaintiff and defendant, general jurisdiction).
·        Support during inspections by government authorities, contesting decisions issued as a result of inspections.
·        Providing legal advice on all business-related matters to various departments (procurement, sales, etc.).
·        Interaction with other departments on a variety of issues.
·        Participation in the regulation and standardization of all processes related to legal support.
·        Support of intellectual property matters.
 
Requirements:
·        At least 10 years of experience in Russian-based international trading companies.
·        English – at least B2 level; Russian – C2
·        Knowledge of Russian legislation and practical experience applying it in relevant areas.
·        Ability to quickly navigate new fields and areas of work.
·        High level of independence and self-management.
·        Analytical mindset, ability to process large volumes of information and identify key points.
·        Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
·        Ability/experience in building cross-functional collaboration.
·        Business-oriented approach.
·        Knowledge of industry (medical equipment, healthcare) specifics is an advantage.
